Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for online purchases. Your card may be charged anytime between the day the order is placed to the day that it ships, we reserve the right to retain a deposit or charge the full amount in advance for parts that need to be special ordered.
Sorry, but COD orders are not accepted.
Shipping charges quoted are minimum amounts charged for average weight shipments. Shipping of Canadian orders will be based on our rates from UPS (plus taxes, if applicable) for the method and type of shipping you have chosen at checkout.
Shipping of US orders will be based on UPS International ground shipping rates. If the freight charge is greater than indicated we will contact you for confirmation before shipping. Any chemicals may be subject to Dangerous Goods shipping charges.
For Canadian shipments, all prices are based on Canadian dollars, FOB our local stores/warehouse, and are subject to change without notice. US shipments will be based on US dollars, FOB our local store/warehouse if US currency is selected on our homepage.

Most items are available in large quantities to Manufacturers and other volume users. Please contact us by email or telephone to obtain a volume pricing quote. All on hand information is subject to change. Our online catalogue is updated on a regular basis but there will be occasions where we have just received an out of stock item or sold out of another. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we can B/O it for you to ship at a later date.

We will only charge your credit card for what is shipped and on the day of shipment, however we reserve the right to retain a deposit or charge the full amount in advance for parts that need to be special ordered or are on back order.

Shipments to the US are free of duty and brokerage for orders under US $200. Orders above this amount will usually require additional brokerage and duty charges which are collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. UPS Express (Red) and Expedited (Blue) services include the brokerage charge in the freight rate but may still collect any import duties US Customs imposes.
Currently, we do not accept online orders outside of Canada and the US.
If you wish to place an International order, please contact us directly.International orders must be paid for in US or CDN funds by wire transfer or bank draft. They may be subject to handling fees and/or minimum order quantities. Shipping costs will be based upon UPS International published rates and must be paid in advance. We will contact you regarding cost prior to items being shipped. Please note that some products may not be available for export due to export restrictions and dangerous goods shipping restrictions.
All products sold by Arbell are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time depending on the manufacturer and their warranty policies. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions. Products being returned from the US must be returned to our US Address which will be provided with the return request. Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused. Arbell will repair or at its option replace products that prove to be defective.
In no event shall Arbell liability exceed the buyer’s purchase price, nor shall Arbell be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused.
(If returning battery operated products please ensure the fault is not a weak battery).
Pricing has been checked to insure accuracy but Arbell reserves the right to contact the customer prior to shipping if we have noticed a pricing error on the product due to a supplier cost increase or any other reason. As well, Canadian orders must ship in Canadian dollars and US orders in US dollars and you cannot use another currency other than the one that matches the shipping destination.
