Finding items
You can browse through the categories located on each page on the left. Each category has sub-categories and you can drill down to find what you're looking for. Use the search tool by entering a part number or descriptive keyword. This brings up a search page containing items that match the search criteria. When you use keywords, results come from matches in the product title and detailed description.
Ordering items
Select an item to order by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. This takes you to your shopping cart. Here, you need to select the appropriate tax, depending on your location. Choose a shipping option, note any ordering instructions and select payment method. In the Shopping Card window you can remove items or change the quantity ordered. If you wish to add more items to your card, press the "Continue shopping" button to return to the last store page you were at. If you're ready to check out, press the "checkout" button.
To order, you will need to register as a customer. This is a one-time registration. The first time you sign in as a new customer, subsequently your are a returning customer and you select the appropriate links at the top of the shopping cart window.
When you get to the checkout window, please confirm your billing/shipping info, enter your payment information and courier details if you are shipping collect.
After you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Shipment method
Some items may come directly from the manufacturer as a drop ship and will arrive separately from the rest of your order. If some part of your order is backordered we will ship your order in multiple shipments. If you wish the whole order to ship in one shipment, please advise in the ordering instructions in the shopping cart
Freight
We have three freight options: prepay and add; collect; and pickup. No shipping charges show on your order total. For prepay and add, we calculate this at the time of shipping. For collect, please enter the name of your carrier and your account number at the bottom of the checkout window.
Payment method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. These cards will not be charged until time of shipping. The Arbell eStore resides on a secure server which is scanned daily.
If you are an existing Arbell customer with credit terms, use the Purchase order method of payment.

All prices are in Canadian dollars, FOB our warehouse and are subject to change without notice.
