ORDERING INFORMATION
Upon submission of the order you will be sent a confirming email detailing the products ordered and all invoicing / shipping information. If any information is incorrect please contact our online sales department Toll Free: 1-888-751-5753 during regular business hours.


 

PAYMENT
Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted for online ordering. If you prefer, print out the completed online order form and fax to 1-905-332-0748with credit card details. We will only charge your credit card on the day of shipment.  

Bank transfers or T/T’s are welcome but are subject to handling fees and minimum orders. Please contact us for details. 

Sorry but COD orders are not accepted.


 

SHIPPING 
Shipping charges quoted are minimum amounts charged for average weight shipments. If the freight charge is greater than indicated we will contact you for confirmation before shipping.


 

PRICES
All prices are based on Canadian dollars, FOB our local stores/warehouse, and are subject to change without notice. Foreign currency prices including US pricing indicated are approximate and subject to change. All charges are invoiced in Canadian dollars and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company.


 

QUANTITY PURCHASES
Most items are available in large quantities to Manufacturers and other volume users. Please complete an online order form and specify "quote only" along with desired delivery dates, release quantities, target prices etc. We will reply to you promptly.


 

IN STOCK INFORMATION
All on hand information is subject to change. Our online catalogue is updated on a regular basis but there will be occasions where we have just received an out of stock item or sold out of another. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we can B/O it for you to ship at a later date. (Minimum value of B/O is US$10.00 and additional freight charges will apply) We will attempt to ship all orders complete. We will only charge your credit card for what is shipped and on the day of shipment. You will not be billed for items that are backordered until they are actually shipped.


 

US  ORDERS
We can ship to you via UPS or the carrier of your choice. Please refer to the comments following the shipping selection when completing the online order. Please note that some products may not be available for export due to export restrictions and dangerous goods shipping restrictions.

Shipments to the USA are free of duty and brokerage for orders under US$200. Orders above this amount will usually require additional brokerage and duty charges which are collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. UPS Express (Red) and Expedited (Blue) services include the brokerage charge in the freight rate but may still collect any import duties US Customs imposes. 


 

CANADIAN ORDERS
We can ship to you via Purolator or the carrier of your choice. Please refer to the comments following the shipping selection when completing the online order. 

Shipments in Canada will have taxes added to the order and will listed on the online order confirmation.


 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we are unable to accept international orders outside of Canada or the United States.


 

WARRANTY
All products sold by Arbell Division of Active Tech Electronics, Inc. are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time depending on the manufacturer and their warranty policies. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions. Products being returning from the US must be returned to our US Address which will be provided with the return request. Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused. Active Tech will repair or at its option replace products that prove to be defective. 

In no event shall Arbell liability exceed the buyer’s purchase price, nor shall Arbell be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused.

(If returning battery operated products please ensure the fault is not a weak battery).

PRICING

Pricing has been checked to insure accuracy but Arbellreserves the right to contact the customer prior to shipping if we have noticed a pricing error on the product due to a supplier cost increase or any other reason. As well, Canadian orders must ship in Canadian dollars and US orders in US dollars and you can not use another currency other than the one that matches the shipping destination.
