Lightning Pick system, to bring you a versatile and flexible workstation
solution that will increase the speed and accuracy of your assembly or
pick to order application. Our integrated product solutions offer you an
unlimited number of ways to improve your assembly or picking operation.
Utilizing Arlink’s assembly workstation in conjunction with an
integrated gravity feed flow rack, the pick to light system is easily
attached to the flow rack rail to create a completely integrated parts
presentation and assembly station. Operators quickly and easily find the
correct location for their next pick by means of lights and LED
displays. Besides guiding the assembler to the exact location, the
lights also display the precise amount ordered and requires confirmation
as each item is picked.
Any combination of Arlink modules in all sizes we offer may be used
in conjunction with the Pick to Light system. Add other time and labor
saving accessories such as tool supports, parts bins, task lighting,
tool holders, document holders, and more.
