Electrically Conductive Paste Adhesives
Our leading technology conductive pastes range from highly versatile systems that are resistance stable with off-the-shelf tin plated components, to snap curing adhesives capable of curing in five seconds. As these material are more resilient than solder and offer low temperature cures (~125°C to 150°C), conductive pastes offer unique
advantages against Pb-free solders.
